Where to Begin

Download and fill out our confidential evaluation form. You can fax it to us (409-727-8670), mail it to us, or even bring it by the pharmacy. One of our pharmacists specializing in BHRT will review your information and decide upon a group of hormones to submit for testing. The evaluation is free.

Complete your saliva tests. At the pharmacist's suggestion, you will purchase one or more saliva test kits. Following some simple rules, you'll collect your saliva in one or two viles, which we will then send off for testing. If you have agreed to testing, you will then pay for the saliva tests and the consulation that follows. This usually runs in the neighborhood of $150 to $200 all together. After that, your evaluation costs are covered. Our pharmacists will continue to work with you and your doctor until a regimen is established that best fits you.

Finally, after reviewing your results, one of our trained pharmacists will sit down with you to discuss with you options for beginning Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy. The pharmacist will continue to work with you and your doctor until a regimen is established that fits you best.
